Mykhailo Andriienko-Nechytailo

Mykhailo Andriienko-Nechytailo (1894-1982) — was a Ukrainian modernist artist and theatrical designer who spent most of his life in France. His work combined constructivism, surrealism, and modernism. His paintings are housed in museums in Paris (Centre Pompidou), London, Vienna, New York, and Rome. He created both pictorial and scenographic compositions, where the balance between color, form, and space played a key role.
